If you have ever had a broken or aching heart, congratulations because that means you’ve been vulnerable enough to open your heart to someone or something. Feeling disappointment or heartache can be a super difficult experience, but it’s also a clear indication that you went into an experience, relationship or venture with an open and loving heart.
This is why I congratulate you. It’s brave to open your heart. It’s a sign that you're truly living.
It takes guts to open up and be vulnerable to life and other people. I have a lot of respect for individuals who have been shot down by life, but, regardless, continue to carry on with an open and passionate heart.
Being open to life is the whole point of existence. Living is feeling, in all respects. Feeling embarrassed, being nervous, excited, being devastated, scared, all of it and many more. Feeling a range of emotions is apart of our journey here.
Cheers to putting yourself out there. Your life will remain rich if you continue to stay open and receptive to what’s being presented.
