There are times of life when starting over, starting fresh or beginning again with a new perspective can really make a difference. Self reflection and making choices about what behaviors you want to eliminate, change or do differently can really help you press the reset button.
For the record, you can ALWAYS press the reset button. It doesn’t have to be New Years Day in order for “starting fresh” to be legit. It’s more about you coming to a personal place within where you are ready and wanting to make a change for your life. Sometimes you need to linger in the stagnant, grey area stage to really gain the momentum to push yourself to the point of change. We are all so different and only you know when the timing is right for you to begin fresh.
Taking the time to stop and look at the parts of you and your life that are calling for adjustments can greatly help you move toward your goals. This action will lead you closer to what you want your life to look and be like. This does require you being honest with yourself. It requires you to be still and quiet enough to hear yourself. Also, being at a point where YOU have the want or desire to make a different choice for your life is a huge step toward action.
New beginnings are possible as often as it’s in your heart to “begin again.” There are always going to be reasons and excuses not to pursue ideas, dreams and wants. Getting beyond the blocks that come with change will open and expose you to a whole new level of living.
Get after it and do it. Cheers to new beginnings.
