The comparison game is a rough one. When we get in the habit of perpetually comparing ourselves to everyone else, we can end up never feeling good enough. That is not a happy place to be.
Remember that where someone else is in their life has no reflection on your value. Only you have the power to devalue your own self.
Whether you have it all or have nothing at all, your internal value is still the same. It’s crazy how we can define our self worth on external circumstances, status and material things so easily.
Be mindful of this. It can be an easy trap to get caught into and it leads to endless self doubt.
When you focus on yourself, the journey of another has less power to bring you down.
Don’t worry about the “grass” or journey of another. Their journey is for them and yours is for you. What you put your energy into and focus on will expand. You have nothing to lose when you put good, productive energy into yourself.
