So often in life it's scary to face the unknown and take a leap of faith. I'm a firm believer that the amount that you are willing to chance, will match the amount of reward that you will reap. I'm referring to healthy risk, meaning taking chances that can improve the quality of life and lead to new opportunities and options. How do you know if it's healthy? It feels good. It feels "in sync" with your healthy morals and values that allow you to thrive and be your best self.
In order to face the unknown it's helpful to become friends with feeling uncomfortable, to a certain degree. You don't have to love discomfort (who does!?) but you do have to build the muscle of learning to tolerate "IT" and allowing "IT" to be around.
Today is a little push to put yourself out there and take some sort of chance. You have only opportunity to gain and new experiences to have when you look toward the unknown.
