Problems are going to come and problems are going to go. That is apart of life. When issues come up, it’s how they are dealt with that can cement them in your brain as negative, neutral or positive events. Good things can come from difficult situations. You can learn a bunch when things are hard. You can learn about yourself and you can learn about others.
One thing that brings me comfort when I’m in the mist of something out of my control is believing that there is a bigger picture to what IS happening. It’s super easy and instinctual to want to get caught up in the details of the event that is playing out. Sometimes there is a need to get into those details, but often times there is a tipping point where reviewing the details can blind you from the bigger picture or the real issue.
Taking a step back from a challenging situation is not avoiding it. Sometimes taking a step back and allowing pieces to fall is what is required for you to see something more clearly. Once you're clear, then you can attack the issue with more grounding. Trust that the truth will prevail. Trust that you are not alone with discovering how to handle certain situations. Meaning, trust that something bigger is gently guiding you to see the truth. The trick is for you to be present enough in order to see what direction to go in or what choice to make.
