Often times we have to believe in what we want for our lives, before we have proof that it exists.
That hot future boyfriend: He is alive having lunch about now, he exists. That amazing new friendship: It’s on it’s way and she's hilarious. That tropical island get away in the middle of the Fiji, yup, you guessed it, it’s coming.
I don’t know how it will all happen and I don't know how it will all go down, but believing that it will highly increases your chances on getting what you want. Period the end.
Where we get all tripped up falls around needing proof that something exists before it comes into our lives. We have a really really hard time believing something that we have no proof of. This is where the glitch lies and where the work lies.
Part of manifesting what you want into your life is seeing it (in your mind and heart) and believing that you can have it, far before it shows up. That’s why creating vision boards, acting as if “IT” has already shown up, or talking in a way where you convince yourself ,as well as others, that “it’s going to happen” is “part of the process.”
Why not believe?
Why spend time believing that the boring, sad story alternative is “what’s true?”
Why spend time and energy focusing on how Mr. Fabulous is never going to show up or that cold tropical drink in Fiji is never going to touch your lips?
Why would you do that?
That would be sad and depressing to think that you can't have what you truly want. It’s like telling a child that Christmas is canceled this year. You wouldn’t do that, right? Not unless it was a really cruel joke.
The point being is that what tends to become reality is what you spend your time thinking about and believing in. I know all this can sound a little “I’m way too into crystals and aromatherapy oils,” but, if anything, it’s a positive outlook and a limitless way to view your life.
Imagine. Trust. Believe. Hold onto it. Cheers.
