Very often it’s just a switch of perspective that can change our reality quickly.
We can get really caught into believing that we have to “fix things” and create a lot of change for our lives to feel more at peace. In all truth, the way we think and see the world can change quickly with a shift of perspective.
How we see the world will dictate how we feel and what we call into our experience. The good news is that we have control over how we’re going to view a situation. Always.
If you feel like you’re stuck and feeling a bit in a rut, try shifting your perspective.
So, how can you do this STAT?
Take a look at what you DO have in your life versus what you feel is lacking. Simply put, focus on abundance rather than lack. Practice feeling grateful for what you have. This shift of focus can create different feelings, which can then change our overall mood and perspective.
So often, things are not as bad as they appear. A quick way to refresh a negative mood is to shift the way we’re looking at something in order to regain a sense of enjoyment and peace.
