Today……. A reminder to follow, allow and “go with” what’s happening in your life.
So much discomfort comes from putting up a fight when we don’t like how things are. Instead of resisting the current reality of your life, what would it mean for you to accept your circumstances?
Ironically, when we practice acceptance of how things are, whether we like them or not, it creates the space for things to pass through and shift. When we resist how things are and fight against the reality of what is happening, we can literally create our own stagnation. No good.
“Let it be” is a phrase we hear often. Perhaps easier said then done, but with practice it can become less of a challenge.
As things come into your experience, what would it mean for you to lean into them? What would it mean for you to “sit” with your experience rather than get busy trying to change it?
Follow the lead of life. When you do, the ride is way more enjoyable and can take you to places that you would’ve never thought up.
