We all have areas in our life that are difficult for us. None of us escape this. That area that when triggered wakes up the sleeping dragon from within and brings up all our sh*t. This space can range from feeling uncomfortable to unbearable and everywhere in between, depending on the depth, emotions and specific trigger.
With that said, it’s been on my heart for a while now to mention that as much as I’m blogging and writing about self growth topics, I’m going through all of this with you. I don’t know what’s “right” or “wrong” for anyone but myself. My intention for my blogs are to provide a place where you can read raw and real ways of thinking that have supported me and that I use to help my clients.
It’s a struggle at times to be in this profession where “we” (coaches, therapists, teachers, etc) have the want to use our voices to connect and help while staying in a space that comes off without a “know it all” vibe. For what it’s worth, I definitely do NOT know it all, nor does anyone. I have so much more to learn and experience and that will never end. I'm just human.
My intention has been and continues to focus around providing a space to help, listen and open up topics that hopefully have the potential to help you feel not as alone and more understood.
